KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, used in gut and skin inflammation research. Extremely cheap to synthesise, so the failure mode is almost always under-fill or substitution.

No - KPV is a 3-amino-acid α-MSH fragment, BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid gastric peptide. They are sometimes co-stacked but are completely different molecules.
